Genesis Roofing, Inc. opened shop in 1999 and is family owned and operated by Roger Pratt and wife, Cherry. The couple bring vast experience in the residential and commercial roofing industry to Genesis Roofing, Inc., having together formerly managed one of the largest roofing and construction companies in Harris County, Texas. However, they eventually saw the need for a more customer-satisfaction oriented method of doing business. The couple stepped out on faith and Genesis Roofing, Inc. was born, named for the sense of "new beginnings" both felt.
Fostering trust and satisfying their customers are principal goals for Roger and Cherry. Roger explains, "Simply, if our customers are happy, everything else will fall in line."
